Scalable feature dashboard and interface design for Anagram's insurance software
Users reported the dashboard made it easier to understand their options within the application and customer support was not contacted in response to the update.

Anagram’s user base consists of optometrists and their office staff. They want to focus on providing care for their patients instead of being on the computer. The demographic leans older. Oftentimes, claim filing is assigned to the office staff. Staff also tends to be responsible for training new hires in a variety of office tools, including Anagram
Additionally, the majority of Anagram’s user base is not tech-savvy and often reaches out to customer support for help navigating the application. As the web application scaled, users became confused about where to start in the program. The goal was to create a homepage that allowed users to quickly understand what actions they can take within the application without help from customer support.
